Full Time/Part Time Early Childhood Educators
Our Centre
Westcare Early Learning Centre is a family-owned and run business that is expanding into the market. This is our 2nd Centre organisation that provides quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years in a purpose built Centre.
Westcare Early Learning Centre provides a holistic educational program that is structured around the Montessori Curriculum areas including,
- Practical Life
- Sensory experiences
- Mathematics
- Culture
- Language
Which aligns with and is governed by the Early years Learning framework. (EYLF)
Westcare ELC Camden Park is a brand new Multi-storey Centre located on Anzac Highway just 14 minutes from the CBD and 8 minutes from Glenelg, with easy access to public transport and onsite parking.
We have now been open for 9 months and need to expand our team!
Westcare ELC is now recruiting highly motivated Educators that are passionate and enthusiastic about Early Years Education to join our new team and positive work culture.
In this role
You will be implementing a Montessori Curriculum and pedagogy tailored to the development needs of the children by creating a safe, supportive and enriching environment that encourages independence while observing and assessing children's progress and development.

Job Requirements
- Montessori experience is preferred but not essential
- Cert 3, Diploma or higher in Early childhood Education and care
- Current WWCC
- Current First aid/CPR, Asthma and anaphylaxis certificate
- Child safe environments “Through Their eyes” Certificate
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a good understanding of the national quality framework and Australian curriculum
