AUOD Pty Ltd is a fast-growing logistics and warehousing company based in Villawood NSW. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to support our daily operations and ensure our office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can coordinate administrative functions that support warehouse, logistics, transport and finance teams.

Position Summary

The Office Manager supports the daily operation of AUOD Pty Ltd.’s logistics and warehousing business by coordinating administrative functions, maintaining office system and records, supporting compliance documentation, and assisting with communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The role ensures that office operations, documentation processes, and administrative workflows run efficiently to support warehouse, logistics, transport, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Administration & Workflow Coordination

· Coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficient administrative support for logistics and warehousing activities.

· Maintain office procedures, filing systems, and document control to support smooth operations.

· Prioritise and coordinate routine administrative tasks, correspondence, and scheduling requirements.

2. Records & Documentation Management

· Maintain organised and accurate office records, including general administration files, operational documents, and internal registers.

· Support preparation and management of documents required for compliance, audits, and internal reporting.

· Ensure relevant documents are accessible to operational teams when required.

3. Resource & Office Facilities Coordination





· Coordinate workspace arrangements, office facilities, and equipment to ensure availability for daily operations.

· Support the scheduling and organisation of maintenance for office equipment and general operational tools (e.g. printers, shared equipment).

· Assist with coordinating maintenance arrangements for onsite operational assets (e.g. forklifts, vehicles) under management guidance.

4. Stakeholder Liaison

· Act as the primary contact for office-related suppliers, maintenance providers, and service partners.

· Coordinate office services such as cleaning, waste disposal, pest control, utilities, and facility servicing.

· Support communication between the Villawood office, operational teams, and China-based colleagues when needed

5. WHS & Office Safety Support

· Assist in maintaining a safe office environment by coordinating first aid supplies, safety equipment, and routine checks.

· Support management in implementing WHS procedures and maintaining safety-related documentation.

· Participate in internal safety communications and assist with coordinating WHS briefings or training sessions.

6. Compliance & Administrative Support for Operations

· Support preparation, filing, and tracking of documents related to company compliance, including logistics, warehousing, or transport-related recordkeeping.





· Assist relevant teams with maintaining required documentation for external audits and regulatory processes.

· Coordinate communication and documentation flow between operational teams and external advisers when required.

7. HR & Staff Administration Support

· Provide administrative support for recruitment coordination, interview arrangements, onboarding and induction documentation.

· Maintain staff records, training registers, attendance/leave files and HR-related documentation.

· Assist in coordinating training schedules required for operational or WHS purposes.

Skills and Experience Required

· Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Office Management, Logistics Administration, or equivalent work experience.

· Experience working in a logistics, warehousing, transport, trading, or industrial business environment (preferred).

· Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software or digital filing systems.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with Mandarin language skills an advantage for coordinating with China-based teams.

· Ability to work independently, support operational needs, and maintain positive working relationships across teams.

· High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records and workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
