Full-Time Chef | The Mona Hotel – Mona Vale
We are looking for a passionate Full-Time Chef to join the kitchen team at The Mona Hotel, an iconic and recently refurbished venue in Mona Vale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
With multiple kitchens operating across gastro pub classics, woodfired pizza and baking, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing venue under new ownership and management.
About the Role
- Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes with consistency
- Work across multiple kitchen sections
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and WHS standards
- Assist with stock control and waste minimisation
- Support seasonal menu changes and service periods
- Work collaboratively in a high-energy team setting
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef in a high-volume venue
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability across a 7-day roster
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
