The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse Manager to join a busy and well-established medical centre located in Cannington.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee the daily treatment room operations, provide clinical guidance, and support a passionate team of nurses in delivering safe, effective, and patient-focused care.
You’ll work closely with the Practice Manager and GPs to coordinate clinical services, manage workflow, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor,
and develop a team of nurses to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Oversee treatment room operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Work collaboratively with GPs and the Practice Manager to coordinate services and optimise patient flow.
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance and infection control.
• Support chronic disease management, health assessments, and care planning.

About You
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Previous experience in General Practice or Primary Care is highly regarded.
• Proven experience in team leadership or senior nursing roles.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
