About the Role
As a Part-Time Front Office Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering courteous, productive, and professional service to exceed guest expectations.
Maintaining strict security procedures to protect guest confidentiality and privacy.
Liaising proactively with internal departments to meet guest and group booking requirements.
Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests throughout their stay.
Managing guest and hotel accounts accurately,
ensuring all charges are posted in a timely manner.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with Opera Cloud and third-party booking platforms is advantageous.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
