Full time Contracts Administration Clerk - Law Firm (Wheelers Hill)
We are excited to offer a Full time Contracts Administration Clerk position at our boutique law firm specialising in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, along with Family and Commercial law.
We are seeking someone with prior data entry experience who is familiar with a property contract.
About the Role: This position will involve a variety of key duties, including:
Processing a large volume property contracts within a team
Liaising with our business referrals
Assisting with general administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in legal administrative or legal data entry role
Attention to detail is critical
Strong typing skills is critical
Professional work ethic and a positive attitude
Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with a friendly,
professional disposition
Ability to handle a fast-paced workplace and work well under pressure
Key Qualities:
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Diligent and motivated, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
