We’re on the lookout for a Full Time Assistant Venue Leader to join our Carlton team! Right in the heart of one of Melbourne’s busiest, most vibrant precincts. Carlton is buzzing, fun, and the place to be! As an Assistant Venue Leader here, you’ll be at the center of it all, leading shifts, supporting your Venue Manager, and empowering a high performing team to deliver their best! Bring your leadership experience, team first mindset and passion for exceptional customer experiences!
What you’ll be doing:
Lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Manage day to day operations including labour, P&L; and cost controls.
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are always met.
Train, coach and motivate a high performing, engaged team.
Champion a positive, inclusive and values led culture.
Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
Who we’re looking for:
Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality (QSR preferred!).
Proven success with KPIs, labour budgets, and financial management.
Confident managing numbers and understanding what drives performance.
Solid communicators who builds connected, high performing teams.
A driven professional who leads by example and thrives in a quick paced environment.
A problem solver with a proactive, positive mindset.
Organised, adaptable, and always looking to improve.
