What You’ll Be Doing: Depending on your experience and level, you could be:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment on the perm side
- Resourcing and placing blue-collar candidates across the Gold Coast
- Coordinating jobs, compliance, timesheets, and onboarding
- Interviewing candidates and running phone screens
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and site supervisors
- Growing your desk, promoting roles, and building your personal brand
- Supporting senior consultants and developing your own portfolio
We’ll tailor the role to the level you’re coming in at—from trainee to experienced recruiter.
