If this sounds like you, we have an excellent opportunity for someone to join our Perth office as a Senior Associate in our PROFIN team, and we want to hear from you!

What will you be doing?

- Portfolio Management - In conjunction with colleagues, assist in the overall management of a portfolio from beginning to end of renewal cycle with a particular emphasis on profitable growth.
- Business Development – Contribute to current business activities and identify and develop new business prospects by cross-marketing.
- Relationship Building - Develop and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders, specifically insurance markets and distribution partners.
- Client Advice – Provide personalised advice to clients in all matters affecting their insurance program needs, including explaining insurance policy conditions, risks covered, premium rates and benefits, and to make recommendations on the amount and type of cover.
- Business Retention - Contribute to business retention activities. This includes all forms of customer service and broking standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Be capable of following directions and working collaboratively with others, while also being self-motivated and able to manage own workload.
- Be able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Have a high level of attention to detail, quality standards and compliance.
- Have a good sense of humour and be adaptable to change.
- Be proactive and responsive to the changing needs of the team, office and business, and to any issues that arise.
- Competent in math’s and accuracy




- Have a strong ‘can-do’ attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

You will need the following experience and qualifications:

- Tier 1 qualification in Insurance Broking
- Have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance/broking industry.
- Understanding of invoicing procedures and file management
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel for reporting
- Knowledge of Financial Lines Insurance products is essential
- Preferably degree qualified.
