You will play an important part in supporting staff and office operations so our teams can focus on delivering services to children and families. In this role, you will
- Support staff and the Business Manager by preparing records, reports and contract letters
- Process payroll information, maintain salary data and monitor roster accuracy
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow, accounts and financial reconciliations
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, assets and fleet vehicle records
To be successful
You will bring a positive approach to learning,
a willingness to ask questions and the confidence to work with a wide range of people. Robust communication skills and a commitment to providing helpful and accurate support will be important in this role. You will enjoy working with information, checking details and following clear processes to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
You will also be someone who can stay organised, manage competing priorities and remain calm when the office is busy. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general office equipment will help you get started, and you will receive support to further build your skills in finance, HR and systems. Most importantly, you care about helping a team that supports children and families.
