Grande Bakery is opening a new flagship store in Strathpine Centre and we’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and energetic individual to join our team as a Front of House & All Rounder!
Location: Strathpine Centre Shopping Mall in Strathpine
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving customers with warmth and efficiency
- Making focaccia & sandwich
- Making coffee & beverages (barista experience a plus)
- Stock Management
- Managing the till and POS system
- Keeping the front of house clean, stocked, and looking great
- Assisting the kitchen & baking team as needed
- Helping with opening & closing duties
- General store cleaning works
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
- A great communicator and team player
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
- Previous hospitality or retail experience preferred but not essential
- Passionate about baked goods, coffee, and good vibes
