Are you a reliable and physically fit labourer looking for ongoing, full-time hours with the potential to go permanent?
We are currently seeking
General Labourers and Skilled Labourers with Forklift Licences
(or willingness to obtain) to join a busy and well-established steel manufacturing operation in
Pinkenba
.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with steady hours, overtime, and weekend work during peak periods.
What's On Offer
Immediate start with Monday to Friday hours
Casual role with the opportunity to go permanent after 6 months (based on performance)
Ongoing work with potential for overtime and weekend shifts
Both day and afternoon shifts available
Shift Times:
Day Shift: 5:00am - 1:00pm (plus overtime & weekends)
Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm (plus overtime & weekends)
Your duties will include:
Forklift operation (if licensed)
Manual handling of steel products
Hand wiring and strapping
Use of hand and power tools
General labouring tasks
What you need to be successful:
Current Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)
Own PPE: long sleeve hi-vis shirt, long pants, steel cap lace-up boots
Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 25kg
Able to perform repetitive manual tasks
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
