Location – Beresfield

Employment Type – Full time (Part time would also be considered)

Salary – $82,106 – $110,143 per annum + annual leave loading & superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000

About The Role

We are looking for Physiotherapists to provide life-changing physiotherapy to NDIS participants, supporting adolescents and young adults aged 9-25 as they navigate life with a disability through to early adulthood. This position is ideal if you are seeking a full-time position, however part-time would also be considered.

Responsibilities

- Working in the social model means you’ll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres
- Utilising an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment, you'll create therapy plans and provide life-changing occupational therapy to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding
- Working in an interdisciplinary youth team, you’ll be able to wrap the right supports around your participants, empowering them to achieve greater outcomes.
- Building meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)
- Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub, sharing stories of impact,



coffee and laughs
- You’ll tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
- General AHPRA Registration
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Valid driver's license
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, however not essential
