We have a fantastic prospect for an APS4 Planner to join our VIC TAS Regional Services Team. The APS4 Planner is a team membership position within the NDIA that provides operational and administrative support.

This role will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of service delivery matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries.

The key duties of the position include

- Using policies, practice guidance and legislation to make funding decisions in relation to participant plans.
- Liaising with key stakeholders including Partners in the Community to deliver services to participants.
- Contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators, including planning targets.
