Job Description
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of HV electrical projects, ensuring timely and cost‑effective completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Oversee technical aspects, including transformers, switchgear, protection systems, and power cables.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project execution processes.
The Successful Applicant
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong civil, electrical or energy industry background.
A Successful Project Manager Should Have
- Proven experience managing HV electrical projects within industrial, utilities,
or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of high voltage systems, including transformers, switchgear, protection systems, and power cables.
- Exceptional project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Solid understanding of industry standards and safety regulations.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
