Program Leader (P-12 Inclusive Education) - Assisi Catholic College
Assisi Catholic College is a co‐educational P‐12 school (enrolment ~1,520) located in Upper Coomera. The college is committed to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, faith‐filled learning environment and is seeking a Support Teacher: Inclusive Education who will also act as the Program Leader (P‐12 Inclusive Education) on a 12‐month contract.

- Salary: $86,601 – $124,725 / annum + Middle Leader Tier 2 Allowance + superannuation
- Status: Full‐time Fixed‐Term (until 30 June 2026)

Responsibilities
- Lead the inclusive education program across P‐12.
- Supervise staff engaged in the program and provide induction and ongoing support.
- Monitor student outcomes, identify concerns, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Coordinate program logistics, resources, transport, and operations.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, staff and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
- Stay up to date with best practice, conduct professional learning for staff and lead the planning of resources.
- Participate in staff, middle leadership and school meetings.
- Manage finances and materials, prepare budgets and oversee fund expenditures.
- Lead P‐12 inclusive education initiatives, processes and compliance requirements.
- Provide targeted in‐class support and intervention for students with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families and allied health professionals to enhance student outcomes.
- Coordinate case management,
team meetings and support plans for students with complex needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
- Strong experience as a Support Teacher – Inclusive Education with proven student impact.
- Ability to lead and mentor staff in inclusive teaching practices across P‐12.
- Knowledge of inclusive education frameworks and legislative requirements.
- Committed Catholic / or an ecumenical school practitioner from an endorsed faith tradition.
- Experience in school leadership or related roles supporting Catholic schools.
- Experience leading academic, cultural, outreach or sporting programs.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Capacity to build partnerships with external organisations.
- Commitment to the college's values and ethos.
- Ability to lead skilled learning based on best practice.
- Competence in managing budgets and material resources responsibly.
