Overview
An L2 Field Services Technician is required by a next‑generation global technology company who are looking for the ideal candidate to join them as a full‑time employee in their client’s CBD, Parkville and Tullamarine, VIC office.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line Field Services support to Enterprise users of MS Windows and Mac Operating Systems and hardware.
- Assist with building and deployment of new desktop/laptop hardware.
- Support mobile devices.
- Manage tickets using the company’s chosen ITSM tool.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in an Enterprise workplace.
- At least 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent).
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Mobile Devices and Networking.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with clients and management.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and willingness to resolve issues.
- Team player, able to work autonomously.
- Physical ability to lift/move computer equipment up to 20 kg.
- Passion for IT and providing excellent customer service.
