Are you passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development? Midvale Early Childhood and Parenting Centre is seeking a Certificate III Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team.
About the Role
As a Certificate III Educator, you will work under the guidance of qualified educators to implement engaging programs for children aged birth to four years. You’ll contribute to creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that supports children’s growth and fosters robust partnerships with families.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in implementing group and individual education programs.
• Support daily routines and complete educational and domestic tasks.
• Positively guide children’s behaviour and model appropriate interactions.
• Supervise children at all times with a focus on safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate openly with families.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and commitment to child safety.
• Skills in child supervision and developing observation techniques.
• Knowledge of child development and early years curriculum.
• Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively.
