We’re opening a brand new café in the beautiful Adelaide Hills – and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and people-focused Café Manager to bring it to life.

? What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the owners in the pre-opening phase: hiring staff, setting up systems, helping shape the menu & customer experience
- Lead day-to-day operations once open – team management, customer service, ordering, rostering, and supplier coordination
- Create a strong team culture focused on hospitality, consistency, and care
- Be a key face of the café in the local community
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and service
- Keep an eye on budgets, stock, and overall performance
? About You
- Proven experience managing a café or hospitality venue
- Confident leader who thrives in hands-on environments
- Organised, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable making decisions and taking initiative
- Barista skills and coffee knowledge a big bonus
- Passion for community, sustainability, and building a brand with heart
