Belmondos Group in Noosa Heads operate several venues including El Capitano Pizzeria and Cocktail Bar, Mahi Mahi Fish & Chippery, Doña Cocina Mexicana, Delilah and Tanglewood Bakery. The venues are fully renovated. You will be joining a passionate hospo team

El Capitano is an Italian-inspired restaurant on Hastings Street, Noosa Heads, known for our 72-hour fermented sourdough woodfired pizzas, hand-rolled fresh pasta made with organic flour, perfectly paired wines, and a bar program featuring 30+ house cocktails plus all the classics.

We have a great team, and we’re looking for another superstar to join us - someone who brings good vibes, works professionally, and enjoys having a positive time while delivering high-quality service.

What You’ll Do:

· Craft a wide range of cocktails with skill, speed, and consistency

· Deliver warm, attentive, memorable customer experiences

· Maintain a clean, organised, productive bar setup

· Work closely with a fun, supportive team

· Contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere during busy services

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum 2 years’ cocktail-making experience in a quick-paced environment

· Solid knowledge of classic cocktails and enthusiasm for our unique creations

· A positive attitude,



strong work ethic, and passion for hospitality

· Professionalism, reliability, and pride in your craft

· Ability to stay calm, confident, and friendly under pressure

· Clean, organized, and detailed.
