Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Officer to lead and optimize our Parts Department operations. This is your chance to join a respected OEM with long-term job security and a strong safety culture.
The Role
As a Senior Warehouse Officer, you will:
Oversee warehouse operations, staff performance, and administrative controls.
Manage staff scheduling, payroll processing using Kronos (time and attendance system) and HR requirements.
Drive safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with WHS, QA, and environmental policies.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and operational efficiency.
Manage inventory, binning systems, and space utilization.
Support recruitment, training, and development of warehouse personnel.
Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
What We’re Looking For
Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics workplace.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and ERP systems).
High motivation and customer service focus.
Knowledge of earthmoving equipment (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as First Aid, Cert IV Frontline Management, or Dangerous Goods by Air (advantageous).
