Discover My World (DMW) ELC is a premium early learning centre in the Hills Shire, offering a high standard of care and education to children, and the working community in which we support.
Requirements of a Early Childhood / Childcare Educator / Preschool Teacher
Qualified educators recognised by ACECQA, highly experience
Current Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
Experience working within a childcare centre environment across various ages
Sound knowledge regarding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
Relevant teaching or student observation references
Ideal Qualities of the Early Childhood / Childcare Educator / Preschool Teacher
Someone seeking long term commitment and career development
High level of professionalism and communication with families and co-workers
A robust, confident, passionate and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence
A good level of maturity with the ability to take their own initiative in their work
Great team work ethic and team player
