Key responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Prepare and present professional sales proposals and quotations
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with the wider team to identify and capitalise on opportunities
Provide excellent post-sales support and responsiveness to customer inquiries
What we're looking for
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction, home improvement or related industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
