We are looking for an experienced and talented Carpenter who prides themselves in their high-quality workmanship to join our team at Perth Decking Company.

This is a Permanent Full time position with an immediate start, room to grow in the role and pay increases for the right person. We are in the process of making huge changes in our business and want someone who wants to grow with us.

Your role:
To build high quality decks from start to finish using all forms of decking material but mostly composite.
In addition to building decks, you will need to be confident in building bench seating, screening, etc
Must be able to work alone to complete the job confidently, in the required time period and to a high quality standard
Working well with a team when needed
Must be willing to travel - Will receive a work vehicle within 1 month from start date.

We will need:
Proven experience as a deck builder with a strong understanding of construction methods and techniques used in Western Australia,



you will need to provide evidence of decking projects that you have undertaken from start to finish.
Proficient use of power and hand tools
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Commitment to high quality work and attention to detail
Problem solving skills / critical thinking
Valid drivers license
Towing experience preferred but not essential
Excellent customer service when dealing with our clients
A great attitude
All tools will be provided for you
