Meat Process Workers – Multiple Positions Available | Lidcombe
We’re currently seeking reliable and hardworking Process Workers to join our client’s busy production in Lidcombe. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for ongoing work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Ongoing Shifts Available: Monday to Friday
4am-12pm
12:45am-8:45am
About the Role:
As a Process Worker, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day production and packaging of meat products. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met at all times.
Key Duties:
Operating and monitoring production line machinery
Packing, weighing, and labelling products
Performing quality checks to ensure product standards
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following workplace health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in manufacturing, food processing, or warehouse work (advantageous but not essential)
Comfortable working in a cold workplace
Comfortable working with meat products
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail and reliability
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Availability for early starts, day, or afternoon shifts
