The Chance
This is a full-time permanent role [ 6am start ]. Due to continuous growth, we are seeking an experienced Machine operator to be an integral part of our manufacturing process.
Your responsibilities may include based on your experience:
Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth production
Conduct basic troubleshooting and quality checks
Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets
Always follow safety guidelines and report any risks immediately
Manual Handling – up to 25Kgs
About you
The successful applicant will have proven experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/production setting. As well as:
Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high-quality standards
Ability to work efficiently in a team-based manufacturing setting
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques or machinery
Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing setting
