Overview
We have an upcoming opportunity for a Finance Manager to lead the core finance team to ensure the accurate preparation and delivery of financial reports, analysis, and insights.
This is a 12 month prospect for a maternity leave backfill.
Qualifications
Strong leadership experience managing a high performing team through periods of change.
Demonstrated experience in senior stakeholder management including executives, board and committee (desirable).
At least 5 years’ experience post CA/CPA qualification (desirable).
Key Responsibilities
Leading monthly management reporting.
Overseeing financial performance and investment portfolio management.
Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
Driving the business planning and forecasting process.
Providing strategic financial recommendations to support decision‑making.
Offering financial leadership to guide key business strategies and outcomes with other departments.
