In this role, you will support commercial decision making, drive an operational business, provide beautiful customer connections and work in partnership with your Store Manager to drive a successful business.
Responsibilities
Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
Ensure the team is creating a high energy & compelling experience for customers
Work with your SM to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with your team
Drive & manage KPIS daily
Support in coaching & developing your team consistently foster their development
Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets
Be a solid communicator who lead, coach, develop + influence others
Support in driving a commercial business
Excellent operations & stock management
Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day
Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year’s experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager
Positive attitude & willingness to grow & work in partnership with an SM
Exceptional customer service & styling skills
Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
Strong understanding of KPIS and their impact on the business
Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
The ability to drive a positive culture & one team workplace
Self‑motivated & strong communicator
