We’re looking for a Production Manager to join our Kwinana team. This is your opportunity to lead manufacturing operations in a dynamic environment where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our production facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at every step. You’ll lead a team of supervisors and operators, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with manufacturing and planning teams to deliver on production schedules.
What You’ll Do
Oversee and optimise all manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
Drive a robust safety culture and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Manage and mentor production supervisors and team members.
Collaborate with planning and operations teams to execute production schedules.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
Take ownership of inventory management and stock control processes.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar production or manufacturing role (chemical industry experience highly regarded).
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SAP and inventory management systems.
A proactive, safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
