Our warehouse in Pakenham has an immediate requirement for a committed full-time storeperson to join our dedicated team. You will be responsible for stock movement, picking and packing orders, container unloading, and general warehouse duties. This is a challenging and rewarding role for the right candidate with excellent attention to detail, experience in a high-volume warehouse and distribution environment, RF scanner experience, and the ability to meet KPIs.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need accuracy and efficiency, a willingness to learn, and excellent attention to detail.
Working hours
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Stable, consistent hours with a positive work–life balance.
This is physically demanding work.
Many products weigh around 25–30 kg each, so you must be able to lift this weight repeatedly throughout the day.
This is a permanent, full time position for the right person.
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent attention to detail
Accuracy and efficiency
Experience in a warehouse environment
Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience
Ability to meet KPIs
RF scanning experience
Basic computer literacy
A current forklift licence (LF/LO)
