Gulf Western Oil is seeking a capable and experienced Driver/Store Person to join our Bayswater Distribution Warehouse team. This is a full-time role with regular overtime opportunities. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team ensuring smooth and reliable deliveries to our valued customer base.
We operate a modern, well-maintained fleet and offer a competitive package for the right person. This role is an excellent prospect for someone looking to step up from a labour-intensive position into the transport and warehousing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-drop deliveries, including bulk pump-in, roll-off, and packaged goods
Supporting the warehouse team with order picking and dispatch
Meeting and maintaining daily delivery schedules
Carrying out manual handling tasks safely and effectively
Secure, full time employment with leave entitlements from day one (annual leave, sick leave, etc.)
Overtime available during the week
Comprehensive training provided on systems and equipment
Work with a high-performing, recognised brand in the lubricants industry

Skills & Experience
Valid MR licence (essential)
Forklift licence (essential)
Knowledge of Melbourne and surrounding regional areas
Mechanically minded and able to operate pumping equipment for bulk deliveries
Previous warehouse experience highly regardedMust be able to speak, read and write English
Solid work ethic: self-managed, reliable, and able to work both autonomously and in a team
Well-presented with excellent communication skills

You’ll be driven, organised, and safety-conscious, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. You will thrive in a team environment but also be comfortable working independently to meet delivery schedules and warehouse targets.
