Therefore We’re Hiring for Multiple Kitchen Team Roles from Entry Level to Management
Aori is a current hospitality concept built on warmth, precision, and pride in craft. We’re assembling a team of professionals who thrive in rapid‑paced service, care deeply about presentation, and bring a sense of ownership to their work. Experience with Japanese cuisine, service style, or cultural sensibilities is highly regarded across all positions.
Positions Available
Sous Chef
A hands‑on leader with strong technical skills and team mentorship experience. You’ll support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, training staff, and maintaining consistency across service.
$80,000–$90,000/year depending on experience + tips
Senior Chef de Partie
Experienced chefs with solid station leadership and consistency. You’ll execute dishes to spec, mentor junior staff, and contribute to menu development.
$75,000–$80,000/year depending on experience + tips - Casual rate available as well
Chef de Partie
Experienced chefs with strong station leadership and consistency. You’ll execute dishes to spec, mentor junior staff, and contribute to menu development.
$70,000–$80,000/year depending on experience + tips - Casual rate available as well
Demis / Commis + Pastry
Eager learners with solid fundamentals. You’ll prep, plate, and grow under the guidance of senior chefs. Great opportunity for career progression.
$60,000–$70,000/year depending on experience + tips - Casual rate available as well
