About you:
Customer service experience is helpful, but not essential - the ideal candidate will:
Have exceptional communication skills and a desire to provide solutions to customer needs
Have high attention to detail
Have a willingness to learn and help in all aspects of role when required
Contribute positively to team environments
A day in the life:
As a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR your daily tasks will include:
Assisting with customer enquiries via telephone, email and Live Chat
Resolving customer queries relating to Store and Online Order experiences
Providing administrative support to our Online Packing Team
