As we expand, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Area Manager to lead our operations in the Northern Gold Coast region. As an Area Manager, you will be part of a greater leadership team and oversee the day-to-day operations of ECCC in the North Gold Coast region , ensuring high-quality service delivery, business growth, and participant satisfaction. You will be responsible for fostering robust relationships, optimising processes, and leading a team to uphold ECCC’s values and mission. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness Build and maintain robust relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality and participant satisfaction Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of staff, ensuring compliance and performance standards Implement and optimise processes to enhance business growth and service delivery Promote a positive, values-driven workplace culture through strong leadership Report to the CEO to mitigate risks and identify expansion opportunities Key Requirements





Experience in leadership or management within the NDIS or community services sector Strong understanding of NDIS processes, compliance, and person-centered care Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and foster a positive work culture Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills Solid problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative leadership team Proficient in overseeing behaviour support plans and managing restrictive practices If you are ready to make a meaningful impact and grow with a supportive, purpose-driven organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
