As a data scientist within the Institutional Banking & Markets AI Solutions team, you will support the development, monitoring, implementation, and management of models that enhance institutional client banking. You'll apply generative AI, agent-oriented AI designs, and other cutting‑edge AI patterns to improve knowledge and decision‑making, analytics, and outcomes across Australian corporate banking.

adept at building AI foundations, using mix of commercial and technical models to deliver.
collaborative with product teams, curious, and brave to influence senior stakeholders.
keen to deploy AI models into production and scalable systems.
think outside the box and push boundaries to solve complex AI problems.
Tech skills
experience with generative AI concepts or prototyping.
expertise in prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation, AI safety guardrails, LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
proficiency with large‑language models for business.
experience with multi‑agent generative AI like Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, or OpenAI APIs.
interest in deploying generative AI on cloud infrastructures such as AWS.
strong communication, embedding senior stakeholders.
tertiary qualifications in Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science.
