We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager to join our Almond Division within our horticulture business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations and overall management of an almond orchard, ensuring optimal production and team performance. This is a key leadership position within our farm operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all farm operations, including labour and machinery co-ordination.
Implement and monitor horticultural programs, irrigation schedules, and fertigation systems.
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
Manage budgets, stocktakes, and financial reporting related to farm operations.
Oversee crop health, orchard maintenance, and seasonal harvest activities.
Supervise and develop a skilled farm team to achieve production goals.
