About the role
As a vital member of the Property Team you will enjoy being hands on with a wide range of matters including commercial, property development and residential. Reporting to the head of the team you will work closely with a wider team of experienced and dedicated lawyers and conveyancers.
Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to :
manage residential sales and purchaser files from start to finish
prepare and manage subdivisions
arrange settlements via PEXA and complete Duties Online forms
draft correspondence, letters, contracts and statements
liaise with clients and other parties
complete contract reviews
associated administration tasks including opening and preparing current files, conducting searches and preparing bills

Skills and experience we'd love
a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing / Property paralegal
excellent time management skills
sound knowledge of PEXA
excellent inter-personal skills with a robust client service focus
solid attention to detail
