About the Role
Mater Hospital Mackay is seeking an experienced and dedicated General Surgeon. This exciting chance offers the chance to provide high-quality surgical care within a modern well-equipped facility while enjoying the benefits of living in regional Queensland.
The successful applicant will provide comprehensive general surgical services, participate in on-call rosters, and contribute to the ongoing development of surgical services in Mackay.

About You
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative surgeon who is committed to delivering safe, patient-centred care. To be successful you will have:
Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in General Surgery
Current AHPRA specialist registration (or eligibility for registration)
Demonstrated experience in a broad range of general surgical procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
