Head of Sales
A leading Australian creative‑performance agency is seeking a Head of Sales to drive new business growth. We specialise in scaling DTC brands through integrated performance marketing, creative production, and conversion optimisation.
Our competitive advantage lies in our in‑house content production facility, which enables us to produce creative assets at a velocity that traditional performance agencies cannot match.
Core Responsibilities
Acquire new clients in the 7–9+ figure DTC brand space across performance marketing, creative production, CRO, and email/SMS retainers.
Achieve monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and project revenue targets with support from BDM, SDR, and marketing teams.
Build pipeline through inbound leads and marketing‑generated opportunities.
Leverage our production capabilities as a key differentiator in the sales process.
Client Management & Retention
Build robust client relationships to maximise lifetime value and expansion opportunities.
Partner with delivery leadership to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Develop retention systems and processes to optimise client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Drive upsells into creative projects (rebrands, web design,
landing pages, content production).
Strategic Involvement
Collaborate with executive leadership on business growth strategies.
Participate in high‑level decision‑making alongside senior management.
Maintain CRM hygiene and data integrity for sales tracking and reporting.
Requirements
10+ years in B2B sales with demonstrated success closing $500K+ annual accounts.
5+ years within performance marketing or creative agency environments.
Sydney‑based preferred for in‑person client meetings and pitches.
Solid hunter mentality with ability to manage complex, long‑cycle sales processes.
