HSC CoWorks is a leading HSC Coaching organisation, supporting Year 9–12 students to develop motivation, resilience, organisation, and academic confidence through structured coaching systems and high‑energy work environments.
We are now seeking an experienced Manager to oversee our coaching operations and lead the next phase of our growth.
Responsible for ensuring the consistent, high‑quality delivery of the CoWorks coaching experience across all five campuses (Balgowlah, Bondi Jct, Chatswood, Mosman and Virtual). This role leads and works with the campus team leaders, manages the performance and professionalism of our casual coaching workforce, ensures solid training systems are in place, and drives standards and culture across the organisation.

Candidate Profile
You are a natural people leader and you have experience managing teams of casual staff and understand how to build reliability, professionalism and culture in young workforces.
You are energetic, organised and comfortable working independently. You enjoy coaching and developing others and want to play a major role in the growth of a purpose‑driven organisation.
Experience
Experience as a People & Culture Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager or similar multi‑site role
Direct leadership of young casual workforces (fitness, childcare, tutoring or retail preferred)
Experience delivering training and giving performance feedback
Robust communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to travel between multiple locations

Mostly work from home, but on‑site work required across the campus locations as well
