As an Appointment Setter in our call centre, you will be part of a team of young energetic associates who play a vital role in the success of our business by contacting our potential clients, following up on inquiries, and scheduling appointments for our sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities Outbound calls to marketing qualified leads from the company's CRM database Genuinely understand our customers to identify their interests, needs and motivations to purchase a property Familiarise yourself with essential details of our projects, products, procedures, policies and services Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services Provide property advice,



knowledge and guidance to consumers to help them navigate the Australian property market Schedule consultations between the prospective client and a sales consultant Keep a detailed log of calls and notes in our CRM Requirements Passionate about the Australian property market Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette A professional and courteous disposition Persuasive and results-oriented Perks Clearly defined career progression Competitive uncapped commission Great collaborative team setting Training, coaching and mentoring Lifelong knowledge of the property industry Guidance and support to purchase a property Fully stocked drinks fridge, pool table and lunch-time table tennis tournament This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and rapid-paced industry and to have a real impact on the success of our company.
