This role is ideal for a graduate or early-career lawyer who is ready to build solid foundational skills and gain exposure to high-profile commercial, finance and restructuring matters.
About the Role
Assist with a wide range of financing and restructuring matters
Support senior practitioners on corporate and property finance transactions
Draft and prepare legal documents
Conduct research and contribute to complex commercial files
Attend client meetings and gain early exposure to advisory work
Work collaboratively with teams across commercial, property, litigation and tax

Completed a law degree with strong academic performance (distinction and above)
