The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and transporting variable message signs (VMS) to various locations, ensuring timely setup and removal, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and transport VMS units to designated locations.
Set up, operate,



and remove VMS in accordance with project specifications and safety guidelines.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues with VMS equipment as needed.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience towing trailers a plus.
Familiarity with VMS equipment and setup procedures is a plus but not necessary.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use a computer to update VMS.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.
ensure a safe and productive work setting, all candidates will be required to undergo and pass regular drug testing as part of the hiring process and throughout their employment.
