This is a full-time in office role for a Vacuum Truck Operator based in the Greater Sydney Area. The role involves operating vacuum trucks safely and efficiently for a variety of tasks, including transportation, loading, and unloading materials. The operator will be responsible for adhering to all safety protocols, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. The role also includes ensuring the cleanliness and operational readiness of the equipment and providing support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications
Possess a valid HR Licence and experience in truck driving
Skilled in operating, loading, and unloading trucks, including vacuum trucks
Knowledge of and adherence to DOT regulations and safety standards
Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Physical ability to perform duties involving manual labor and safe equipment operation
Prior experience in the waste management or industrial services industry is a plus
