We're currently seeking a Workshop Foreman to join our Shepparton team.
About the Role
As Workshop Foreman, you will lead and support our service team, driving performance through leadership, training, and development.
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the workshop while fostering robust relationships with current and existing customers to help grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the service team
Coordinate daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
Build and maintain robust customer relationships
Promote a safe, positive, and productive working environment

Proven leadership and team management experience
Solid technical and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
