About The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Store Manager will maximise store performance by leading team management, driving sales, ensuring visual merchandising, controlling expenses, and delivering a premium customer experience. The role is full‑time, rostered Tuesday to Saturday.
About You
- At least 2 years of retail management experience in a retail environment.
- Demonstrated experience driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate team members in a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Results‑driven with strong analytical, strategic and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations.
- Love for fashion with a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
- Flexible and innovative approach in reacting positively to changing work demands.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer‑focused service, telling the brand’s story of authenticity and confidence.
- Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and craft productive rosters.
- Drive team performance, productivity, and skill development, fostering a culture of growth.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to promote collaboration and synergy.
