About the Role
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will be the head of the home, leading a dedicated team to provide exceptional care and create a warm, supportive setting for residents, families, and staff. This leadership role offers an opportunity to influence quality care, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications & Experience
- A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives.
- At least five years of management experience.
- A background in aged or medical care.
- Experience working with a variety of systems.
