Group General Manager - Lead a Growing Hospitality Group | Southern Highlands

JRM Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an accomplished Group General Manager to oversee a growing collection of premium venues and event business in the Southern Highlands. This is a pivotal leadership role for an operator who thrives on building teams, elevating standards and shaping the future direction of a successful hospitality group.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Oversee operational and financial performance across multiple venues and an events business
* Lead, coach and support managers to deliver consistency and strong service culture
* Strengthen systems, processes and group-wide communication
* Manage labour planning, recruitment, onboarding and training frameworks
* Drive continuous improvement across service, workflow and guest experience
* Maintain supplier relationships, compliance, WHS and maintenance coordination
* Work closely with ownership on strategic planning and future venue development
* Maintain strong in-venue presence while balancing structured planning work
What We're Looking For:
* Proven success in multi-venue operations or senior hospitality management
* Strong leadership capability with a hands-on, supportive approach
* Solid understanding of financials, labour targets and operational reporting
* Highly organised with excellent communication and follow-through
* Passion for thoughtful, guest-focused hospitality
* Interest in premium dining, weddings, events and high-service environments
