We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Store.
This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.
About The Role
- Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
- Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
- Execution of visual merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions.
- Understanding of stock management processes and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Previous experience coaching and providing on‑the‑spot feedback to your team.
