The Role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will oversee the end-to-end payroll function across multiple entities within a complex organisational structure. You will join a small payroll team, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing high-volume, multi-entity payroll operations
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
- Driving process improvements and leveraging system capabilities
- Overseeing payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliations
- Supporting system upgrades and transformation projects where required
